*Please bring a headshot (printed on computer paper is fine) to registration.
**Please bring your Student ID. White Building now requires a Student ID to access ALL DOORS of the White Building.
General Audition Process
Dancers are expected to warm-up on their own during registration. A short warm-up will be provided in the beginning of auditions.
-Dancers will learn one dance
-Dancers will showcase pre-determined turns in center
-Dancers will showcase an extension of their choice
-Dancers will showcase pre-determined leaps across the floor
-Dancers will be given an opportunity for improvisation and a chance to showcase any talents or tricks
-Dancers will then be given 10 minutes to prepare the audition dance and ask questions
-Dancers will then perform the audition dance in large and small groups
*Dancers will be notified of their audition status immediately after auditions. If selected to move on, dancers will participate in an interview. Dancers will then be notified of team selections through email shortly following interviews.
